AGREEMENT AND AUTHORIZATION:
1. The individual ordering this reservation is the traveler (hereinafter referred to as 'the client') on
the Che Buenos Aires tour.
3. The organizers can not be held liable for acts or deprivation of services from circumstances
beyond their control, including but not limited to political unrest, acts of war or terrorism, financial
failure of an airline.
4 The client is advised but not required, to purchase trip cancellation insurance and health insurance.
5. The organizers and instructors will in no way be held responsible for any injury, sickness, or damage
in respect to any person or property or the aggravation of any pre-existing condition that may occur
while on, or after returning from the trip, howsoever caused or arisen.
6. The client is responsible for obtaining a valid passport. No visa required for US or Canadian citizens
at this time. Citizens of other countries, will undertake to verify and complete any visa requirements.
7. In Argentina the tour organizers may refer vendors of goods and/or services. Organizers are not
responsible for quality, nor liable for unsatisfactory goods or services client might purchase or receive
