Go ahead and ask her

Dear Jani
After a night of dancing, I wake up with a
headache the next day. I don't drink more
than 2 cocktails, but even that seems like
too much.

Why do I have to pay such a high price to
do something I love?
B.T.

Dear B.T.
The price of love is always high. We want to give our all to
what we do. That's what dancing is about.

Nevertheless, there are things you can do to alleviate your
hangover and not sacrifice your Bacchanalia.

What you drink is important. Sugared drinks are more difficult
to recover from. Personally I like a weak tequila and orange
juice, often without the tequila.

Alcohol is dehydrating, so be sure to drink water throughout the
evening and the next morning as well.
Abrazos,
Jani

Dear Jani
My boyfriend keeps flirting with other women and is cheating on me.
It is tearing me up.

What can I do?
Nancy

Dear Nancy
Those badboys are exciting until it's time to pay the rent. There's
nothing you can do to change him.
Help yourself and break off the relationship.

People have to change by themselves. Focus on more positive
things like dancing or your career.

Why don't you get a dog? I promise that you will have more
satisfaction from saving a pound puppy than putting up with a
cheating boyfriend.

Abrazos,
Jani

Dear Jani
I sweat in my evening clothes and feel like a pig.

Is there anything I can do?
Marty

Dear Marty
Absolutely. Be Happy about it. Sweating is a great thing to do.
Toxins are pouring out of you . . . Poisons. If you didn't sweat
these toxins would remain inside you, messing up your circulation,
toying with your blood - causing all kinds of havoc.

We want to run like clean machines. The more we sweat, the fewer
refined foods we eat, the more water we drink - the better we'll
perform - and the happier we will be.

To solve the immediate problem you might try to sweat it out earlier
in the day. Go for a run or lift heavy weights.

Drink water. Water transports toxins out of your body.
Abrazos,
Jani
