Absolutely.
Be Happy about it. Sweating is a great thing to do.
Toxins are pouring out of you . . . Poisons. If you didn't sweat
these toxins would remain inside you, messing up your circulation,
toying with your blood - causing all kinds of havoc.
We
want to run like clean machines. The more we sweat, the fewer
refined foods we eat, the more water we drink - the better we'll
perform - and the happier we will be.
To
solve the immediate problem you might try to sweat it out earlier
in the day. Go for a run or lift heavy weights.
Drink
water. Water transports toxins out of your body.
